2. Nature of Service (No Financial Advice)

Kognit Snaps is an information and analysis tool only. * The AI-generated insights, order book data, and sentiment scores provided by Kognit Snaps are for informational purposes only.

  • Kognit Snaps does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. * You acknowledge that trading involves significant risk. Kognit Snaps shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or lost profits resulting from your use of the platform. You trade at your own risk.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate information (Name, Email) during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content & File Uploads

  • You retain ownership of any images or files you upload to Kognit Snaps.

  • By uploading files, you grant Kognit Snaps a license to process these files through our AI pipeline to provide you with the requested analysis.

  • You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, malicious, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to "scrape" data from Kognit Snaps or bypass our security measures.

  • Use our AI-generated data to build a competing service.

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent financial activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Kognit Snaps and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
